Work with usConnecting a Microsoft 365 mailbox to Parly used to mean registering an app in Entra, granting permissions and running Exchange PowerShell. Now it is a sign-in: press Connect Microsoft 365, sign in to the mailbox, accept, and new mail arrives within minutes. Parly never sees the password, sends through Microsoft Graph so SMTP can stay off, and renews its access on its own. Where an organisation requires it, an admin approves Parly once.

Create a key in Settings, pick its scopes from sixteen, and an agent can search the pipeline, move a stage, file a document or add a note, attributed to the key by name in the activity feed. Read on LavvusA shared inbox knows who a message is from. It does not know who they are, or what the thread is about. Helpdesk mode adds those two facts: the customer company, detected from the sender's domain across every inbound channel, and a category the mailbox defines for itself. Both appear as columns and filters in the inbox. It is off by default on every mailbox, so nothing changes for a team that only wanted a shared inbox.
